Proccesing Time:

-All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

-Orders placed during promotions or high-volume periods may experience slight delays.

 

Shipping Destinations:

-We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

-At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Rates:

-Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

-Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable

-Shipping on orders of $150 or more is free

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

-Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

-Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Delivery Time:

-Delivery time vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.

-We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.


Incorrect or Incomplete Adress:

-Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

-Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

-If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Damaged Packages:

-All orders are carefully inspected before shipping.

-If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence so we can review your claim.
